It did not take everyone long to realize there was something good going on...
And that is what 'goat joy' looks like!
This young man has the most wonderful moonspots and facial markings!
Lunch time!
This is one of our smaller boys.
We would love to see these two boys go together as they are brothers and are always together. They do need some attention of the human kind.
My favorite little trouble maker...the boys call him Alvin and he is the most naturally friendly goat I have run across on this adventure yet.
This little one is almost solid red and is getting friendlier by the day!
This beauty is Dixie's only girl this year and she is wonderful, the children have been working on taming her. All of these kids have been disbudded and are current on their shots.
It is hard to see in this photo but this girl's cinnamon color and dorsal stripe are stunning. She can be single or double registered as can all the kids from our farm.
Feed tubs are the greatest places to hide when you are a little guy! They also make great nap locations!
This little guy is a gorgeous tri-color with frosted ears. He would make a great stud or a great pet/4-H project if wethered.
This little guy is almost completely black except for the adorable white mark on his crown!
Hugh and the little guy are great friends already.
The black one has a little star on his forehead, they are about an hour old in this picture.
This little guy is black and brown all over, a bit of a 'camo' pattern if you will.
This little guy is out of Dutchess and Thor, he is a wonderful red color all over might lighten with age. He was born on March 12th.
This is by far my favorite buckling this year and the temptation to keep him is strong but we only have room for one buck. He is a gorgeous tricolor and is from Tinkerbell and Thor.
Also from Tinkerbell and Thor is this cutie, you have to love the little moonspot on his hind end!
This little man is also being bottle fed but kept with momma, so he has the best of both worlds!
This buckling is out of Veronica and Thor, his markings are like his sire's but his coat is a lighter shade.
Anastasia and Thor produced this rambunctious little guy...
with a tiny little shite star on his forehead!
This blonde beauty is also Anastasia's.
He is full of personality and seems to be all over the pasture at once.
This pretty girl was born on March 11th and is out of Dutchess and Thor, she is very sweet to work with already.
This is Dutchess's second doeling, she has a dorsal stripe and cute face markings.
A bit of a better view of our girl, she resembles her father's markings.
This little lady is out of our senior nanny, Veronica, and she is a neat dun/cinnamon color.
Her sweet face with a bit of white around the ears.
This gorgeous girl is also outof Veronica and of course her sire is Thor, born on March 12th.
I love her markings but we are not retaining any kids this year so she is available.
This is Anastasia's only doeling this year, born on March 12th.
She has such a sweet face!
This little girl is out of Dixie and Thor and was born March 13th.
The photo does not do the mix of light and dark brown markings on this girl's face justice.
The caretakers of Shamrock Farms have already begun handling all the littles and will continue to do so, it is a fun 'job' to have!
This little one is out of Tinkerbell and Thor, she has a great deal of white and grey on her, she was born on March 9th.
As you can see she has an adorable moonspot on her rear end, she is being hand raised and has adapted to the bottle quite well.
This is one of Tinkerbell's boys at about 3 hours old.
This is the sweetest little doeling you have ever seen.
This camera shy little man is turning a greyish opal color.
And this is the mighty Goliath! He rode with us to the orthodontist so he would not miss a feeding.
Such a sweet boy!
